Born on the cobblestone streets of Oxford, England and forged in the heart of Inglewood, California, Ch8nge represents a rare fusion of global roots and West Coast reality. His journey isn’t manufactured—it’s lived. From orchestras and marching bands in Inglewood schools to navigating the unforgiving streets of Los Angeles, music became both his outlet and his weapon.

In 2003, under the mentorship of a respected industry mogul, Ch8nge learned the business behind the music—knowledge that would shape his independent path. By 2006, he recorded his first project, Time For Ch8nge, and in 2007, he founded Rollin Music Records, building a self-sustained platform without sponsors, investors, or handouts. Every move, every release, every step forward was funded through sacrifice, discipline, and an “Average Joe” work ethic.

While the industry chased trends, Ch8nge built a catalog. From Born In Da Game to Average Joe, One Life To Live, and Finish Line, his music reflects real-life transitions—fatherhood, survival, setbacks, and persistence. He adapted early to the digital wave, leveraging platforms like YouTube to grow his brand while staying rooted in authenticity.

But the story doesn’t stop at music.

Ch8nge’s journey includes real-world battles most artists never speak on—working through multiple careers, including time as a nurse assistant during the COVID-19 pandemic, and later stepping into the commercial trucking industry to build capital beyond music. Through every chapter, one thing remained constant: resilience.

That resilience was tested in a life-altering trucking accident that nearly took everything. Surviving with severe injuries, intense pain, and mental struggles, Ch8nge returned to the one place that never failed him—music. The result is his latest project, No Script Please, a 16-track statement of controlled expression. Instead of leaning fully into trauma, he chose discipline—keeping most of the pain beneath the surface, with only moments like “Silly” and “Unholy” breaking through the silence.
